Greetings! Welcome to Pace to Peace Wellness Collective, thank you for checking us out, we hope to be able to assist you! We want you to know first and foremost that this is a safe space, we strive to ensure that we treat our clients with dignity and respect. We provide a non judgemental and shame-free space for you to share your life with us as we work together to help you heal at your own pace. Whether you just need someone to talk to every now and then or if you are ready to consistently work on yourself as an individual, part of a family or couple, we are here to listen and support you.
Many of our clients are new to therapy and aren’t sure how it works, we want to assure you that our therapy approach is interactive and engaging; we will listen to you and also give valuable feedback as you process through your challenges. If you aren’t sure how to tell us what your challenges are, we will help you by starting off with an intake evaluation where we ask you general questions about your life to see if we can help you put into words why you are seeking help. We will then help you set goals for our time together and determine how often we should meet to help you reach your goals, we may even give you assignments to complete between sessions but, don’t worry, it won’t be anything tedious!
Everything is centered around you as you are the expert in your life and our primary goal is helping you heal at your own pace. So, if all of this makes you comfortable, reach out to us. We look forward to working with you!
